I am currently a clinical trainee working towards licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Morris and a Master of Arts in Counseling with a focus on Marriage, Family, and Couple’s Therapy from Adler Graduate School. During my academic journey, I gained experience of working with at-risk youth and adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). As a counselor, my goal is to foster growth, change, and healing through a holistic approach utilizing various therapeutic modalities when working with individuals, couples, or families.
